The Ruukki WQ PreDesign Component for Tekla Structures 17.0 allows the fast dimensioning and modeling of WQ and CWQ beams with correct overall dimensions. These predesigned WQ and CWQ beams can then be sent to ruukki for final design and offer.

To add Ruukki WQPreDesign component to your Tekla Structures 17.0
1. Download "Ruukki_WQ_TS17.0.zip" to a temporary folder in your computer and unzip it
2. Double click the WQComponentsInstaller_Public_TS17.0.exe file
3. Follow the instructions of the installation wizard.

Installing WQ Predesign profiles
Merge the WQ-profiles.lis file to your own Profdb.bin by using "Modify Profile Catalog" dialog's "Import" button.

Installing WQ Predesign material
Merge the WQ-material.lis file to your own Matdb.bin by using "Modify Profile Catalog" dialog's "Import" button.

Adding CWQ parametric profile
Add line to your profitab.inp file for Composite WQ beam:
